Apartment block, Kazernestraat, built half way the 1980s in a much older street. The style is clearly that of the 1970s and 80s: light, modern, practical and very democratically unrepresentative.
This last aspect translated itself in the Netherlands usually as cheaply unassuming and rather faceless, which more or less happened here too.
